Arcsteel 308L is a gas-shielded Flux Cored Arc Welding wire developed for welding stainless steel and nickel alloys. It provides outstanding welding performance with consistent mechanical properties and reliable weld quality.
Specifications
- Suitable for TIG welding of 13% Cr ferritic stainless steels, high-carbon 304 grade stainless steels, stabilized 347 grade stainless steels, and other comparable alloys used in the pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, cellulose, and food processing industries.
- Recommended shielding gas: Argon (Ar).
- Retains excellent ductility at temperatures as low as -196°C.
- Provides reliable resistance to intergranular corrosion at service temperatures up to 400°C.
