Arcsteel 308L-16 is a semi-basic coated MMA electrode designed for welding austenitic stainless steels and cast steels containing approximately 18-20% chromium and 10–12% nickel, including grades. It is also suitable for joining both stabilized and non-stabilized stainless steels of similar composition in applications with service temperatures up to +350°C. The weld metal provides a carbon content below 0.04%, making it an excellent choice for the food processing, nuclear, and chemical industries, as well as other demanding corrosion-resistant applications.

- Produces a uniform and attractive weld bead profile.
